COVID-19 CREDIT VOUCHERS & REBOOKINGS
Our Travel Vouchers from 2020 allow customers the best opportunity to rebook new services wherever possible, and for customers holding credits it is important to be aware of our Booking Terms and Conditions, including deposit, cancellation policies, and checking that all services are correct at time of confirming your booking before making deposit and final payments. Voucher conditions and validity are detailed on individual vouchers, and we’ve included an update on redeeming travel credits in 2022 and 2023. Our reservations team are currently booking services for 2022 and 2023.
COVID-19 AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION FEES
For bookings affected by COVID-19, Croatia Times Travel cancellation fees have been reduced or waived wherever possible to cover our reasonable administration costs. Please note this does not apply to non-refundable and non-transferrable services, or local operator fees that are beyond our control. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Groups and Charters Travel Credits
Groups and charters are subject to unique terms and conditions supplied at the time of booking. Please check your Credit Voucher and contact us prior to the expiry date to confirm your rebooking dates. Due to the high demand of group bookings and limited charters available, we cannot guarantee that preferred dates will be secured if rebooking is delayed.
Credit Voucher Validity
If services are not rebooked or Credits are not utilised within the validity period specified on the Credit Voucher, these services will be deemed to be used and there will be no refund available. Refer to your Credit Voucher for up-to-date rebooking details.
We encourage travellers to select new dates as early as possible to avoid disappointment as services are subject to availability and there are no extensions beyond the 2022 and 2023 validity dates of vouchers.
