RETAIL TRAVEL CONSULTANT

You will be responsible for creating amazing travel arrangements for our returning clients. These will include airfares, sea and land packages worldwide.

We are seeking a person who:

• Has demonstrated experience as a Senior Travel Consultant (minimum 3 years)
• Has a professional attitude with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Has excellent listening and intercultural communication skills with empathy and understanding when dealing with clients whose first language is not English
• Has competent Computer skills (CRS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Has Airfare construction and Ticketing knowledge
• Works well in a busy fast paced environment
• Has excellent organisation and time keeping skills
• Has well developed problem solving and research skills

WHOLESALE TRAVEL CONSULTANT

Become a Croatia and surrounding Europe specialist!

We are looking for a Wholesale Consultant to join our team. You will be booking Small Ship Cruises, Tours and preparing exciting Tailor-Made Itineraries for Travel Agents and their customers.  

We are seeking a person who:

• Has previous travel consulting experience either in Retail or Wholesale
• Has effective and proven selling skills
• Prides themselves on accuracy and attention to detail
• Has competent Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Has well developed problem solving and research skills
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills
• Works well in a busy and fast paced environment
• Has excellent organisational and time-keeping skills
• Is driven and experienced to achieve targets and exceed company objectives
• Is a team player with a passion to deliver amazing customer service


TRAVEL PROCESSOR

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our Wholesale Travel Consultants in a support role.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support in all areas of the booking/reservations process. This will include creating Invoices, requesting and confirming all travel components (hotels, cruises etc) and updating bookings as required. This role could allow you to grow and develop skills as a Travel Consultant.

We are seeking a person who:

• Has previous experience working in a travel company or have recently completed a travel course
• Is super organised with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be a team player with passion and enthusiasm
• Has competent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)


DOCUMENTATION CONSULTANT

This is a great opportunity to work within our team producing all travel documentation (itineraries and vouchers) to a high standard for both Wholesale and Retail divisions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working in a travel company or have recently completed a travel course
• High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Has competent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Excellent organisation skills
• The documentation consultant will be able to work well within a busy team environment and liaise with other departments when required
• Experience in travel operations would be an advantage


ACCOUNTS CLERK

This is an exciting opportunity that would ideally suit a person who has a passion for numbers, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

We are seeking a person who:

• Can process daily transactions with speed and accuracy being paramount
• Has highly competent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Has excellent written communication skills
• Can work in a busy environment while adhering to tight deadlines
• Has excellent organisational and time-keeping skills


The successful candidates will receive product and destination training by our specialist product management team.

We are situated in West Auckland, close to cafes, shops and public transport and offer a competitive salary and free offsite parking.
