MS Atlantis (1905)

At 57m long and 7.5m wide, 14 sails and over 750m2 sail surface, the Atlantis is a guaranteed eye catcher in every harbour. Built in 1905 and christened Elbe 2, the Atlantis served faithfully as a light vessel in the North Sea, Germany. Afterwards she was elaborately restored as a tall ship for passenger cruises. The renovation featured a classy salon, a spacious upper deck including seats and a cocktail bar as well as 16 comfortable air-conditioned guest cabins including a shower and toilet. The unique charm of the Atlantis is due to the loving care of the inventory and to a helpful and greatly experienced crew.

Cabins
The 16 cabins of the Atlantis offer space for up to 32 guests. All cabins are equipped with two separate ground-level beds as well as private shower and toilet. Central heating and air conditioning is available in every room.

Salon
The salon of the Atlantis is very generous. Meals are served here when the weather does not permit outdoor dining. The bar provides cold or warm drinks at any time. Even at full occupancy of the ship there is still plenty of room to read a book in peace.

Deck
On the spacious deck of the Atlantis guests find plenty of room in both, the shade and the sun, to spread out with relish and to let the scenery pass by gently. However, the highlight and centrepiece of the Atlantis is the outdoor bar, where the hardworking crew is willing to mix - matching the ambience - fanciful drinks and cocktails for the cyclists. Besides, the deck is perfect for every other mealtime. Finally, there is nothing better than a lovingly prepared dinner outdoors on a tall ship at sunset.

Crew
Captain Jan and his crew are a well-practiced team. In the galley, they conjure Spanish specialities for their cyclists and the outdoor bar offers cold drinks at any time. The art of sailing is introduced expertly and soon the cyclists turn out to be offspring fur seals. Enjoy one week with a great crew on land and on sea.
