The central part of the day is local dinner at “Konoba”, as there is no better way to finish your day than with traditionally prepared fish and seafood paired with local wine and homemade grappa. Day 2
Split - Brač Island - Split

In the morning after breakfast, we will take a ferry and visit the island of Brač. Famous for its unique Golden Horn beach, great wine, and olive production, Brač is also well known for its white stone that looks like marble. After visiting an art gallery with unique sculptures, clothes, and jewelry made of this unique stone, we will enjoy in Brač delicacies.

On Brač, it’s hard to choose between fish, meat, and vegetables, so the best is to try it all… As an appetizer, and the main meal as well. We will have peka - the main star of every gathering and celebration in Dalmatia. The method of preparation makes this delicacy unique for its taste, but also for the atmosphere it creates. For the complete experience, enjoy the glass of plavac mali and an amazing story about its origin. (B,L)

Cycling Distance: 35km (Short Option: 28km)

Highlights: Traditional peka, Island Brač, art gallery, coastal and inland towns

Day 3
Split - Hvar

Today we are visiting the island of Hvar. Popular for its beauty, culture and history, Hvar town and UNESCO’s ancient site of Stari Grad plain are two very different but equally amazing destinations. The bike ride is split into two parts where nature, history, food, and culture blend into a perfect day tour. We will cycle next to lavender fields, AGER - UNESCO protected site, vineyards and many more. Expect more Mediterranean delicacies for both lunch and dinner. We will start the dinner with light seafood appetizers, followed by traditional gregada - made of mixed white fish. Do you know what the saying “the fish swims 3 times” means? And how does it taste? Join us and find out. (B, L, D)

Cycling Distance: 45km (Easy Option: 25km / Long Option: 60km)

Highlights: Fish stew Gregada, lavender fields, coastal rides, inland rural villages, the town of Hvar with its sights

Day 4
Hvar - Korčula

We will cycle the island looking at the forest, the sea, the old villages, and the vineyards, as Korčula is home to some of the most unique and appreciated white wines in Croatia - Pošip and Grk. The biggest climb of the day will take us to a family-owned restaurant where tradition and the quality of the food are at their highest. Enjoy traditionally made pasta, salted anchovies, prosciutto and cheese - all locally made. Try fresh fish, shrimp, crabs, or maybe lobster - it all depends on the morning catch, and of course - enjoy local wine and homemade grappa. Very often called “small Dubrovnik” Korčula town is an example of a well-preserved ancient town that remained true to its local customs and traditions. In the afternoon, take your time to visit the old town, have a swim, or just enjoy the sunset and the cocktail at the tower bar. Later in the evening, a traditional Dalmatian meal will be served. (B, L, D)

On Pelješac, every house produces wine, whether as a family business or for family needs only. Great wine is found on every table and its quality is highly valued in everyday life. On our way to Dubrovnik, we will stop at a family-owned winery to walk the vineyards, get familiar with grape sorts on the peninsula, and taste a few locally produced wines. The amount of sun and elevation make this peninsula not only a wine paradise but an attractive destination for many activities for the summer holiday as well.
