Discover Hvar’s Renaissance cathedral, its historic theatre-the oldest public theatre in Europe, founded in 1612 and hike up to the fortress for stunning panoramic views of the harbour and Pakleni Islands. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walking tour of this vibrant town. The evening is free to explore-Hvar buzzes with life, offering a wide choice of excellent restaurants, lively bars, and charming cafés. Overnight in Hvar. (L)

Day 3
Trstenik - Mljet NP - Dubrovnik

The next morning, head further south to the Island of Mljet. Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to St. Mary Isle, where an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a Church dating from the 12th century are situated. Return to the vessel for lunch on board, then set sail toward Dubrovnik. In the late afternoon, enjoy a spectacular panoramic cruise along the famous Dubrovnik city walls before docking. Time at leisure. Dinner on board and overnight in Dubrovnik. (B, L, D)

Dubrovnik

There will be plenty of opportunities to take great pictures as the cable car takes us from the Old Town to the Srđ mountain to enjoy scenic views of the Walls and the Elaphiti Islands. Afternoon at leisure to find idyllic spots for lunch. Meander through the narrow car-free limestone streets – worn smooth under the soles of centuries of pedestrians, seek out a drink in one of the trendy piazzas or walk the famous 1,940m-long walls and take a stroll along the famous Stradun – both a street and a square, a promenade inside the city walls. If leaving town the same day, we wish you a safe trip and hope to see you again on another cruise. (B)
