Day by day Itinerary

Day 1
Split

You will be transferred from Split Airport to Split Port, where embarkation begins at 1500HRS. Get settled in your cabin before attending a Welcome Reception followed by dinner this evening. (D)

Day 2
Split - Šibenik

In the morning join a guided tour of Split, visit the seafront promenade and Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace. The historical centre of the city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Set sail to Šibenik and set out on a walking tour of Šibenik historical centre and visit one of the most beautiful Renaissance cathedrals on the Adriatic, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your night is at leisure in town. (B, L)

Day 3
Šibenik - Krka - Vodice - Zadar

We start the day with breakfast, followed by a bus visit to the Krka National Park. Its magnificent waterfalls, including the famous waterfall Skradinski Buk, are one of Croatia’s most famous sights. After the sightseeing tour, we continue sailing towards Zadar, swimming stop and lunch onboard. Set out on a walking tour of Zadar historical centre and admire the old walls and Port Gate built in 16th century. Visit the Square of the Five Wells, Church of St Donatus, Roman Forum and the largest cathedral in Dalmatia, St Anastasia. If there is a breeze, enjoy the sea organ, an amazing art installation. Overnight in Zadar. (B, L)

Day 4
Zadar - Rab

Departure towards Rab, known as the “Island of Love”, and an old town with the same name. Swim stop enroute. Guided city tour including the medieval walls and the famous four bell towers (you can climb one of them) along with palaces, churches, and squares where many artists paint and exhibit their works. Legend has it that the local nuns created a special Rab Cake for the pope who visited Rab. We stop for a tasting of traditional Rab Cake. You can see how it’s made, learn about it, taste it, you can even go to a workshop and try to make it yourself. The recipe for the Rab Cake remains a secret kept only by the islanders. Overnight in the town of Rab. (B, L, T)

Day 5
Rab - Mali Lošinj

Early this morning we set sail for the beautiful and untouched Island of Lošinj, known as the "Island of Wellness & Vitality" and the "Island of the Sun". It is also known for its lush green vegetation, pine trees, wildflowers and herbs. After stopping for a swim in the crystal-clear Adriatic, we arrive in the town of Mali Lošinj, which boasts one of the most beautiful harbours on the Adriatic. Upon arrival, take a walk along the beautiful waterfront where there are nice shops, restaurants and attractive cafes. The main tourist attraction is the Museum of Apoxyomenos. It is dedicated to the ancient bronze statue of Apoxyomenos, which was found in 1999 on the seabed near the Islet of Vela Orjula at a depth of 45 metres. If you are interested in art, be sure to visit on your own the Fritzi Palace - Lošinj Museum, which houses a rich collection of works by Croatian and European artists. Overnight in Mali Lošinj. Day 6
Mali Lošinj - Sali

Departure after breakfast and a swim stop in one of the quiet bays. Enjoy the incredibly clean sea. After lunch, sailing along the Kornati Islands National Park to the small fishing village of Sali, a tourist town on Dugi Otok (Long Island) with a thousand year old history of fishing and the nearest town to the Telašćica Nature Park. It is mentioned in the 10th century, having received its name from its saltworks, and today it is a favourite destination for divers. Enjoy the Captain’s Dinner onboard your ship tonight. (B, L, D)

Day 7
Sali - Hvar

Take a swim break during the morning cruise. Continue sailing during the lunch, arriving in the afternoon in Hvar, a favourite holiday destination of world celebrities, but also a charming seaside town with 8-century-old architecture. You can walk through the old town with picturesque alleys and see the first public theatre in Europe (older than Shakespeare's theatre in Great Britain), the Franciscan Monastery and much more. The evening in Hvar is free to dine on your own at one of the many restaurants in town. (B, L)

Day 8
Hvar - Split

Early morning departure for Split. After breakfast it is time to disembark by 0900HRS. You will be transferred to Split Airport. (B)

Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions, crowding or other circumstances out of his control. Departures are guaranteed for minimum 10 participants. Cruise Operator reserves the right to cancel or change the ship name if necessary. Guests are obliged to follow ship rules (found in written form onboard). Guests are not permitted to bring beverages onboard the vessel that have been purchased onshore. All drinks must be purchased onboard. In the event of inappropriate behaviour the Cruise Operator and Captain reserve the right to disembark guests. Most arrival times in port are in the late afternoon.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival.

It is highly recommended that clients take comprehensive travel insurance including against cancellation of reserved services.

Disclaimer
Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the vessels and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. Cruises are not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
