Day by day Itinerary

Day 1
Trogir - Rogoznica

Individual arrival to Trogir, located approx 6km from Split Airport. After embarkation on the small ship between 1400HRS and 1430HRS in Trogir we head off on our first cruise at 1500HRS to Rogoznica, a village on a small island that is connected to the mainland by a dam. Here we spend our first night.

Day 2
Rogoznica - Primošten - Šibenik - Skradin

In the morning we cycle from Rogoznica to Primošten. From there the boat takes us to the city of Šibenik, where the Krka River flows into the Adriatic Sea. After visiting the famous cathedral and the lovely old town we set off on the boat again. On the cruise, we pass the lower course of the Krka River, following the river bend until we reach Skradin. We spend our night in the small town harbour.

Cycle route approx 20km

Day 3
Skradin - Krka NP - Skradin - Vodice

The charming port of Skradin is the starting point for today’s excursion by boat and on foot to the most famous part of the Krka National Park with its unique, thundering waterfalls. After our excursion through this lush green wonderland, we enjoy lunch before setting off on our bicycles from Skradin to the well-known holiday town of Vodice. The boat will await our arrival and we will spend the night in Vodice.

Cycling route approx 36km

Day 4
Vodice - Slanica - Kornati NP - Telašćica

In the morning we cycle from Vodice to Murter Island, which is connected to the mainland by a lift bridge in the town of Tisno. We cycle over the bridge and along the waterfront, passing by two old coastal villages, until we reach a small jetty. From here, we enjoy a spectacular sail through the Kornati Islands National Park, an archipelago in crystal clear sea, known for its rich aquatic life, until we reach Telašćica Nature Park. In the evening, we take a walk through the park and along the island’s stunning cliffs. A saltwater lake and a family of donkeys also characterise the nature park and make for a wonderful location to spend a quiet night.

Cycling route approx 25km

Day 5
Telašćica - Savar - Zadar

After breakfast we start our bike tour from Telašćica Nature Park, along a virtually traffic-free, panoramic road across the island. During the ride we are treated to countless unforgettable views of neighbouring islands, breaking through the deep blue sea. We meet the ship in Savar and board for a crossing to the city of Zadar, which for centuries was the political, cultural, and spiritual centre of Dalmatia. Once we arrive, there is an opportunity to take part in a walking tour during which you will find out all about this fascinating city while strolling through the winding alleys and the lively old town, characterised by 3,000 years of history. The night is spent in Zadar.

Cycling route approx 28km

Day 6
Zadar - Preko - Tkon - Primošten

During breakfast, the boat crosses to the Island of Ugljan at the channel of Zadar. Today there is plenty of time to cycle through and explore both the islands of Ugljan and Pašman, connected by a bridge. As we cycle along the east coast, we can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the mainland. After our bike tour, we sail back to the town of Primošten on the mainland. Here we can enjoy some time swimming and exploring the quaint seaside town. The night is spent in Primošten.

Cycling route approx 33km

Day 7
Primošten - Šolta - Trogir

In the morning, we cruise to the Island of Šolta. Olive and fig trees as well as lush farmland border the streets. The spicy smell of rosemary follows us throughout the whole tour around the tranquil island until we reach the village of Grohote. At midday, we enjoy our last cruise back to Trogir. Here we have enough time to visit the UNESCO World Heritage old town. Our last dinner gives us time to reminisce on the past week and to say goodbye to fellow travellers, the crew, and tour guides.

Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions, crowding or other circumstances out of his control. Departures are guaranteed for minimum 14 participants. Cruise Operator reserves the right to cancel or change the ship name if necessary. Guests are obliged to follow ship rules (found in written form onboard). Guests are not permitted to bring beverages onboard the vessel that have been purchased onshore. All drinks must be purchased onboard. In the event of inappropriate behaviour the Cruise Operator and Captain reserves the right to disembark guests.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival.

Disclaimer
Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian Ports, multiple ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the ships, and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. View from cabin windows and balconies may be obstructed when moored in port and alongside other ships. Cruises are not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.

Itinerary Changes
Cruise Operator reserves the right to make changes to the planned itinerary due to changing wind and weather conditions as well as organisational requirements. Cruises are dependent on weather conditions and the final decision is that of the captain.

Bike Level 1-2
The bike routes require a basic level of fitness, which you should have acquired by occasional or daily cycling. The routes can reach an altitude of 100-300m. The daily routes of 15-35km will lead through hilly terrain and can be completed without time constraints. Participants will also need to master long and steep climbs, during which they are, however, also permitted to push their bicycles. The roads are mostly asphalted and there is little traffic outside of holiday periods. This tour is primarily a guided group tour. You are free to set aside a half or full day to swim or spend onboard the boat, instead of taking a planned bicycle tour.

Group Riding Pace
On regular cycling tours, the cyclists on regular bicycles determine the pace. We ask guests who have reserved an e-bike to be mindful of this and to acknowledge that the regular cyclists need time to rest and take longer to climb the hills. We thank you for your understanding.

Children
We believe that only children with a good physical condition and previous bicycle tour experience and a minimum age of 10 are able to master the cycle tours with their own strength. Please note that the minimum height for a rental e-bike is 1.20m for hybrid bikes and 1.50m for e-bikes. It is mandatory for all participants on tours to wear a bicycle helmet.

Catering
The onboard chef is a member of the crew and prepares the breakfast and one or two warm meals a day. The catering consists of 2 x Full Board and 5 x Half Board. Catering starts with the dinner on the arrival day and ends with the breakfast on the departure day.

Language
Cruise and cycle tours are conducted bilingually (English, German).
