With hidden sea caves, lush coastlines, and turquoise sea, the Ionian Islands make for the perfect island hopping adventure. Discover local culture, classical architecture, and breathtaking beaches like you've never seen before.

Note: Below is an overview of the planned sailing itinerary although at times, weather and other conditions may affect or alter the route. Don't worry, your skipper will keep you aware of any changes along the way.

Yachts
All boats are modern sailing yachts and catamarans, catering for every group size and budget. They accommodate 8-12 people and sail in flotillas of five to seven yachts, meaning there’s plenty of space for everyone, above and below deck. Flotilla of five to seven yachts makes for the perfect sized group to get to know your fellow sailors. So, whether you want to explore in a small group, mingle with everyone at MedSailors punch party, or take it easy with a laidback dinner for two, these group sizes mean you have the opportunity to do it all.

Cabins
Below deck, yachts consist of four to five double cabins, with bunk cabins available for solo travellers and sharing groups, and two to three shared bathrooms. You'll also find a large kitchen with a fridge to keep your drinks cold, a communal lounge and stereo system to get the tunes going on the top deck.

Skipper
Your skipper is your amazing guide around the islands and go-to for all things sailing. They'll help you discover hidden bays, prepare your delicious meals and teach you how to sail so that you can win the MedSailors Regatta. Each flotilla will also have a Guest Experience Leader who will help to organise your activities and recommend things to do on each island.

Travelling Solo
MedSailors holidays come packed with a bevy of mates, and you will be grouped with sociable, like-minded people. With cabin options to share a bunk cabin with another solo traveller or upgrade to a single cabin you will fit right in onboard. Day by day Itinerary

Day 1
Gouvia & Agni Bay

You'll kick off the trip from Corfu. Before meeting your crew at the marina you will have time to take in the rugged mountains and scenic coastline. Explore Corfu Town with its two Venetian fortresses, featuring winding medieval lanes, a French-style arcade, and the Grand Palace before checking in for your adventure. In the afternoon set sail to Agni Bay for an afternoon of swimming and paddleboarding. You'll explore the village at night, and you'll get to know your flotilla crew over a group meal in a Greek taverna.

Day 2
Iggy Beach

Today set sail for a true hidden gem where you'll spend the day relaxing in and around Iggy Beach. Play some beach volleyball or spend the afternoon whizzing over the waves with various water sports on offer. Come sundown, gather for a night under the stars with a beach bonfire and epic Greek barbecue.

Day 3
Plataria

Today you'll have time to practice your sailing as you head for Plataria. Enjoy the crystal blue waters as you spend the morning exploring the surrounding bays. Afterwards, sail to the traditional town of Plataria before heading to the taverna-lined harbour for a delicious Greek feast.

Day 4
Parga

Next up, make your way to Parga one of the most beautiful villages in the Ionian. With a Venetian castle forming an impressive backdrop, explore the charming town and its boutique shops. With plenty of beach bars, you'll have the evening to experience the very best of Greek hospitality.

Day 5
Gaios

Gaios is the largest and liveliest of the villages on Paxos with an excellent selection of shops. Take in the lush green countryside of this island as you head to a secluded beach for an afternoon of sunbathing and swimming. Wander the town in the evening and enjoy the freshest seafood at a local taverna.

Day 6
Mongonisi

Embark on an incredible day as you journey to the mesmerising Blue Caves for an invigorating swim or paddleboarding adventure. Later, make your way to Mongonisi, where an authentic Greek restaurant awaits, offering a delightful array of Mediterranean flavours to savour. As the sun sets, embrace the lively Greek culture with enchanting traditional music and dancing beneath the sparkling starlit sky. Opa!

Day 7
Gouvia

Today is the final day. Sailing back to Gouvia Marina, you'll arrive around mid-afternoon after some swim stops. You'll have plenty of time for souvenir shopping or exploring more of what Corfu has to offer. Back on land, be sure to farewell your MedSailors family and toast to an awesome, unforgettable week sailing in Greece.

The itinerary and sailing route is subject to change dependent on weather and prevailing conditions. Guests under the age of 18 are only permitted on whole yacht bookings or Private Yacht Charters.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival.
