The San Martin Hotel is a result of devotion and courage of the spouses Vesna and Bogdan, two enterprising individuals, in love with the Brda landscape. Once, there was an Italian and then Yugoslavian school, until it was abandoned and the building started to fall apart. In this part of Šmartno, an idyllic Brda village, Vesna and Bogdan saw more than a school falling apart.
