Day by day Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Zagreb and transfer to the hotel. Evening is at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Zagreb. (D)

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel and a morning city tour of Zagreb, including a walk through the historic Upper Town, visiting the St Mark's Church, Cathedral, Government Palace and Lotrščak Tower. Overnight in Zagreb. (B)

Day 3
Zagreb - Plitvice Lakes - Split

Breakfast at the hotel and morning departure towards the spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park, consisting of 16 lakes, connected with a series of waterfalls. Enjoy a walk in this wonderful environment, with a boat ride on the emerald green Lake Kozjak and the street train back to the entrance. Continue to Split for overnight. (B)

Day 4

Breakfast at the hotel and morning at leisure. You will be transferred from your Split hotel to Split Port, where embarkation begins from 1200HRS. Get settled in your cabin before attending a Welcome Reception this evening. (B)

Day 5
Split - Bol - Stari Grad

Morning guided walking tour of Split shows us the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. See the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral. Set sail towards Bol, a small town on Brač Island, for a swim at Zlatni Rat. Enjoy the 530m, golden pebble beach, said to be the best in Croatia. It is unique in that it changes shape and position depending on the winds. Afterwards head to Hvar, one of the most popular islands on the Adriatic and a meeting point for the international jet set. The “Croatian Madeira” is the longest island stretching along the shores of Croatia. Spend evening and night in Stari Grad, one of the oldest towns in Europe. (B, L)

Day 6
Stari Grad - Hvar - Vis

Quick cruise towards the town of Hvar for a sightseeing tour featuring the first public theatre in Europe, older than Shakespeare’s Theatre in the United Kingdom, the Franciscan Monastery and many more historical sights. Cruise towards Island of Vis and the town of the same name. The Antique Issa was founded here at approx 397BC. Our tour of Vis features the town’s waterfront. Evening is at leisure. (B, L)

Day 7
Vis - Vela Luka

After breakfast set sail for Korčula Island, thought to be the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Our port of call for the day is town of Vela Luka, dating back to prehistoric times. Our tour features a visit to an olive oil factory, Barilo Ethno Museum and local winery to taste wine and cheese. Return to your ship for an evening et leisure. (B, L, T)

Day 8
Vela Luka - Korčula

There will be some time for swimming before we continue our cruise, heading for Korčula Town. We will take a walking tour through its narrow, cobbled streets and visit the majestic Gothic Baroque Cathedral of St Mark. Your evening is free to discover the town and enjoy dinner on your own at one of many local restaurants. (B, L)

Day 9
Korčula - Mljet

Today we set sail for the Island of Mljet and Mljet National Park, which encompasses five types of forests, many species of birds, and two deep lakes, Big Lake and Small Lake. This lovely island was supposedly a favourite holiday spot for the Greek hero Ulysses. Captain’s Dinner with live entertainment onboard our ship tonight. (B, L, D)

Day 10
Mljet - Dubrovnik

In the morning cruise to "The Pearl of the Adriatic", a UNESCO World Heritage Site. While in Dubrovnik, take a walking tour of the Old Town and visit the Rector’s Palace and Franciscan Monastery with its Pharmacy. Remainder of the day is free, perhaps discover this lovely town on your own. (B, L)

Day 11

Breakfast and disembarkation by 0900HRS. You will be transferred to Dubrovnik Airport or your Dubrovnik hotel. (B)

Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions, crowding or other circumstances out of his control. Departures are guaranteed for minimum 10 participants. Cruise Operator reserves the right to cancel or change the ship name if necessary. Guests are obliged to follow ship rules (found in written form onboard). Guests are not permitted to bring beverages onboard the vessel that have been purchased onshore. All drinks must be purchased onboard. In the event of inappropriate behaviour the Cruise Operator and Captain reserves the right to disembark guests. Most arrival times in port are in the late afternoon.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival. EUR currency quoted is converted on the spot to the equivalent in Croatian Kuna.

Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian Ports, ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the vessels and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. Cruises are not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
