Day 1

Upon arrival at Zagreb Airport, transfer to hotel. Meet the Tour Director, dinner and overnight. (D)

Day 2
Zagreb - Bled

Morning city tour of Zagreb, including the fortified Upper Town, city’s historical centre, St Mark’s Church with its multi-coloured roof, the Cathedral, the Croatian National Theatre and the University. Free time, then departure towards Slovenia. Explore Lake Bled and its mountainous environs and stunning topography. Dinner and overnight. (B, D)

Day 3
Bled - Ljubljana - Otočac

Departure for Ljubljana. Morning city tour of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia and a home to one of the oldest Philharmonics in the world. Explore the baroque town buildings and stroll beside majestic Ljubljanica River. Departure for Plitvice region. Dinner and overnight in Otočac. (B, D)

Day 4
Otočac - Plitvice Lakes - Trogir - Split

Morning tour of the Plitvice Lakes National Park on the UNESCO List of World Natural Heritage. Sixteen lakes, each at a different level, are connected in a series of cascading waterfalls. Surrounded by dense forest, Plitvice Lakes are a natural phenomenon of a rare and unique beauty. Then departure for Trogir, where we visit the Cathedral of St Lawrence. Continue to Split with city tour on arrival, including the Diocletian Palace on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage with the Peristyle, the Jupiter’s Temple and the Cathedral. Dinner and overnight in Split. (B, D)

Day 5
Split - Mostar - Dubrovnik

After breakfast, departure for Dubrovnik, via Bosnia & Herzegovina. Short stop in Mostar, recently included on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage with its elegant Old Bridge. Continue to Dubrovnik for dinner and overnight. (B, D)

Day 7
Dubrovnik - Budva - Shkodra - Tirana

Morning sightseeing tour of Dubrovnik, included on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. You will visit Franciscan Monastery with Europe’s third oldest pharmacy, the Rector’s Palace and the Cathedral. Departure for Tirana as we drive inland via Budva, crossing the Albanian border at Shkodra, once the capital of the Illyrian Kingdom (3rd century BC). Dinner and overnight in Tirana. (B, D)

Day 8
Tirana - Ohrid

Morning sightseeing tour of Tirana, the capital of Albania, including Skender Bey Square, the Mosque of Ethem Bey and a visit to the National Museum representing the flow of Albanian history and housing the finds from archaeological sites across the country. Afternoon departure for Ohrid, driving via Elbasan and crossing the North Macedonian border at Cafasan. Dinner and overnight in Ohrid. (B, D)

Day 9

Full day in the lakeside resort of Ohrid, classified as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. Through the activity of St Clement and St Naum of Ohrid, the first pan-Slavic University in Europe, the famous ‘Ohrid Literary School’ was founded here. Morning sightseeing tour includes the Church of St Sofia (11th century) the most eminent medieval monument in North Macedonia with magnificent Byzantine fresco paintings and St Clement Church with its icon of Annunciation. In the afternoon a short drive to visit St Naum Monastery built on the shores of Lake Ohrid in 900 AD and dedicated to the Slavic missionary and educator St Naum of Ohrid. Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to hotel for overnight. (B, D)

Day 10
Ohrid - Skopje

Morning departure for Skopje. Sightseeing tour of Skopje, including the Kale Fortress, the Church of the Holy Saviour with its iconostas, one of the finest samples of traditional walnut woodcarving, Old Bazaar and Stone Bridge. We drive to the slopes of the Vodno Mountain where we visit the Monastery of St Panteleimon with its 12th century iconostas and frescoes ranking among the highest achievements of Byzantine art of this period. Dinner and overnight in Skopje. (B, D)

Day 11
Skopje - Kolašin

Morning departure for Kolašin, driving via Peć and Berane and along the impressive Morača River Canyon. Afternoon arrival at Kolašin, spreading on the left bank of the Tara River, situated at the altitude of 954m. The whole area is surrounded by the thick pine forest of the Bjelasica Mountain and is a popular skiing and air spa resort. Dinner and overnight in Kolašin. (B, D)

Day 12
Kolašin - Cetinje - Kotor - Dubrovnik

Morning departure for Cetinje where we visit King Nikola’s Museum, once the residence of the Montenegrin King Nikola I Petrović. Continuation to Kotor, classified as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, where we visit its Romanesque cathedral dedicated to St Tryphon, the town’s patron saint. We continue to Dubrovnik driving along the picturesque Bay of Kotor. Upon arrival to Dubrovnik, embarkation with a Welcome Reception followed by a dinner that evening. Overnight onboard in Dubrovnik. Day 13
Dubrovnik - Elaphiti Islands - Slano - Ston - Slano

Start the day with a walking tour of Dubrovnik, "The Pearl of the Adriatic”. Walk through Stradun, both a street and a square, the most famous place inside the city walls of UNESCO World Heritage Site, where your guide will show you the most interesting sights. After returning to the ship, enjoy the magic scenery as the ship cruises around Dubrovnik city walls before continuing to one of the Elaphiti Islands for a swim stop. Afternoon arrival in Slano, a peaceful fishermen’s village and our starting point to Ston, once fortified small town famous for its oysters. Ston is situated on Pelješac Peninsula, known as one of the best wine producing regions in Croatia. After exploring the town, we leave to a small nearby village to learn more about oysters and tasting this delicious treat. Time at leisure and return transfer to the ship. Overnight and Captain’s Dinner in Slano. (B, L, T, D)

Day 14
Slano - Mljet - Korčula

In the morning we head north to the Island of Mljet. Join the Cruise Director for a stroll to the famous saltwater lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to the St Mary's Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a church dating back to the 12th century. We continue our cruise towards the Island of Korčula, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Afternoon arrival in Korčula Town, followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town surrounded by walls, which is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean. Overnight in Korčula where you can enjoy a gourmet experience at the numerous restaurants and bars. (B, L)

Day 15
Korčula - Biševo - Vis

Early in the morning we sail to the small Island of Biševo to visit the Blue Cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon. As sometimes weather conditions can be very unpredictable, the possibility of our visit will depend on those conditions, however you will be notified of this on time. Cruise towards the Island of Vis, once a strategic naval base and restricted to tourists. Due to this isolation, Vis has a special charm of “The Mediterranean as it once was” making it really interesting to visit. Try some exquisite wine sorts in one of the traditional wineries. If interested, visit the remains of the Roman thermal place, Town Museum or simply take a walk enjoying the views. Overnight in the port of Vis. (B, L)

Day 16
Vis - Hvar - Stari Grad

In the morning head further towards Hvar, the longest and sunniest island in the Adriatic, with a swim stop and lunch onboard. Afternoon arrival in Hvar Town, followed by a tour of the town - the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower, and the oldest community theatre in Europe founded in 1612. After the tour we cruise towards Stari Grad, one of the oldest towns in Europe where you will overnight. (B, L)

Day 17
Stari Grad - Trogir - Krka - Trogir

Early morning departure to the old Dalmatian town of Trogir. Trogir is sometimes referred to as “miniature Venice” or a floating museum town - as it has a masterful architecture including some stunning Venetian palaces. After disembarking in Trogir we will take the bus to visit Krka Waterfalls National Park. You will discover the pristine nature and waterfalls of the Krka National Park, an area extremely rich with flora and fauna. Overnight in Trogir. (B, L)

Day 18
Trogir - Split

In the morning join the guided tour of Trogir with a local tour guide. Afterwards set sail to Split with a stop along the way to swim and relax, if weather permits, with lunch served onboard. In the late afternoon we arrive to Split to spend the night. Arriving in Split, join a guided tour of the city, visit the seafront promenade and Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace. The historical centre of the city is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your evening is free in Split. (B, L)

Day 19

After breakfast it’s time to disembark by 0900HRS. You will be transferred to Split Airport or your Split hotel. (B)

Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions, crowding or other circumstances out of his control. Departures are guaranteed for minimum 10 participants. Cruise Operator reserves the right to cancel or change the ship name if necessary. Guests are obliged to follow ship rules (found in written form onboard). Guests are not permitted to bring beverages onboard the vessel that have been purchased onshore. All drinks must be purchased onboard. In the event of inappropriate behaviour the Cruise Operator and Captain reserve the right to disembark guests. Most arrival times in port are in the late afternoon.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival. EUR currency quoted is converted on the spot to the equivalent in Croatian Kuna.

It is highly recommended that clients take comprehensive travel insurance including against cancellation of reserved services.

Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the vessels and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. Cruises are not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
