Day by day Itinerary

Day 1

You will be transferred from Split Airport or your Split hotel to Split Port, where embarkation starts from 1300HRS. Get settled in your cabin before attending a Welcome Reception & Dinner this evening. (D)

Day 2
Split - Bol - Hvar

Stop in Bol, a small town on the Island of Brač, with optional swim at the Golden Horn if weather permits, enjoy the 530m long golden, pebble beach said to be the best in Croatia. It is unique in that it changes shape and position depending on the winds. Return to your ship for lunch, then head to Hvar, one of the most popular islands in the Adriatic and a meeting point for the international jet set. “The Croatian Madeira” is also the longest island stretching along the shores of Croatia. A sightseeing tour of Hvar Town shows you the first public theatre in Europe, older than Shakespeare’s Theatre in the UK and many more historical sites. Your evening is free to explore Hvar on your own. (B, L)

Note: Due to the limited capacity of Hvar Port during peak season in July and August, port of call can be substituted for Stari Grad, or Jelsa. In that case transfer by coach will be organised to and from Hvar.

Day 3
Hvar - Korčula

Leaving Hvar early in the morning we set sail for Korčula, with swimming stop in one of the pristine bays with lunch onboard. Early afternoon arrival to Korčula, thought to be the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Take a walking tour through its narrow, cobbled streets full of history. Your evening is free to discover the town and enjoy dinner on your own at one of the many good restaurants wrapped around the edges of the fortified town. (B, L)

Day 4
Korčula - Dubrovnik

In the morning cruise to Dubrovnik, “The Pearl of the Adriatic” and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival in Dubrovnik, you will enjoy a guided tour of the magnificent Old Town with a panoramic ride above the town. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the Old Town, take the cable car to Mount Srđ, or a boat ride to Lokrum Island. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B, L)

Day 5
Dubrovnik - Mljet

Today we turn our compass back north, with plenty of time for morning swim enroute. As you dine, set sail for Mljet Island. Upon arrival join the Cruise Director for a visit to the famous saltwater lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to St Mary’s Isle. Mljet National Park encompasses five types of forest, many species of birds and two deep lakes, Veliko Jezero (Big Lake) and Malo Jezero (Small Lake). This lovely island was supposedly a favourite holiday spot for the Greek hero Ulysses! Your evening is free in Mljet. (B, L)

Day 6
Mljet - Pučišća

Take a swim break during your morning cruise. Continue cruising through lunch and in the afternoon, arrive to Pučišća, a beautiful little town on the Island of Brač. Pučišća features a spectacular steep-sided natural harbour and authentic Mediterranean architecture. Tonight, enjoy Captain’s Dinner onboard. (B, L, D)

Day 7
Pučišća - Omiš - Split

Next, we head to Omiš with its fortresses which are silent stone reminders of the power and might of the infamous pirates who once made their homes and fortunes here. You will have a possibility to book a short walking tour, followed by boarding a small boat and sail into Cetina River Canyon, a protected nature area, continuing to Radman’s Mill for a local specialty snack. After the visit set sail to Split and if weather permits, a swim stop enroute, allowing you to cool off and relax, lunch is served onboard. In the late afternoon, we arrive in Split and join a guided tour of the historical city centre, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your evening is free in Split. (B, L)

Day 8

After breakfast, it’s time to disembark by 0900HRS. You will be transferred to Split Airport or your Split hotel. (B)

Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions, crowding or other circumstances out of his control. Departures are guaranteed for minimum 10 participants. Cruise Operator reserves the right to cancel or change the ship name if necessary. Guests are obliged to follow ship rules (found in written form onboard). Guests are not permitted to bring beverages onboard the vessel that have been purchased onshore. All drinks must be purchased onboard. In the event of inappropriate behaviour the Cruise Operator and Captain reserves the right to disembark guests. Most arrival times in port are in the late afternoon.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival. EUR currency quoted is converted on the spot to the equivalent in Croatian Kuna.

Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian Ports, ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the vessels and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. Cruises are not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
