Day by day Itinerary

Day 1

Transfer from Dubrovnik Airport to the Gruž Port for check-in from 1400HRS onwards. After settling in, transfer to the city gates for a guided tour of the city. Discover one of the world’s most beautifully preserved medieval cities, adorned by the buildings from the time of the ancient Dubrovnik Republic. Many of the monuments belong to the modest Renaissance architecture with some traces of Gothic style. Take the cable car from the Old Town to Mount Srđ to enjoy scenic views of the mighty ramparts and the Elaphiti Islands. After the tour, join a transfer to the vessel for a welcome meet & greet cocktail reception onboard. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (D)

Day 2
Dubrovnik - Kotor - Perast - Kotor

After breakfast, head to the town of Kotor. As traveling from one country to another, there will be some formalities at the border. Upon arrival, join a transfer to Perast, approximately 30 minutes by coach. In Perast take a boat to visit the artificial island and ‘Our Lady of the Rocks’, the church known for its tablet collection and magnificent paintings. Return to Kotor by coach to visit Old Town of Kotor, protected by UNESCO and described as “the most attractive corner of the old continent”. The magnificent Cathedral of St Triphon was built in 1166 and is the beautiful example of sacred architecture. The Old Town of Kotor is a well-preserved urbanisation, typical of the Middle Ages. Many other monuments include numerous churches and palaces and Napoleon’s Theatre from the 19th century. Overnight in Kotor. (B, L)

Day 3
Kotor - Budva - Cetinje - Njeguši - Kotor

Morning coach excursion to Budva. Visit the Old Town and citadel, bordered by the waves of the Mediterranean. Budva is the capital of the Montenegrin Riviera with its 21km long coast and numerous beaches. Old Town of Budva lies on a small peninsula and represents a treasure chest of cultural heritage. Crossed with narrow streets and squares are famous buildings such as the St Trojica Church. Departure towards old royal Cetinje, a magical town at the foot of the Mount Lovćen, the historical, cultural and spiritual capital of Montenegro. Guided visit of the town with entrance to the King Nikola Museum. Continue towards Njeguši, cradle of Montenegrin royal family. Lunch in a traditional restaurant, tasting local ham and cheese with red wine. Continue towards the coast, driving by the old serpentine road overlooking the Boka Bay. Return to Kotor, where the vessel awaits. Dinner onboard, overnight in Kotor. (B, L, D)

Day 4
Kotor - Šipan

Morning departure towards Croatia. After the formalities and crossing the border, the trip continues towards Elaphiti, a group of islands west of Dubrovnik, which were a part of the glorious Dubrovnik Republic through centuries and therefore shared its wealth. After the Republic lost its significance, the residents left the Elaphiti and today only three islands are inhabited - Šipan, Lopud and Koločep (Kalamota) and attract numerous tourists with their beautiful scenery and sandy beaches. Šipan, the largest island of the Elaphiti, is also the most distant from Dubrovnik. Tonight, enjoy the Captain’s Dinner onboard with live entertainment. Overnight in Šipan. (B, L, D)

Day 5
Šipan - Korčula

In the morning, the cruise continues towards the Island of Korčula, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays enroute. Afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town fortified by walls. Korčula treasures more legends, tales and monuments than any other place, discover some wandering along the herringbone pattern streets. Korčula has an abundant choice of restaurants for a great gourmet experience and there are many bars and clubs for those looking for evening entertainment. Overnight in Korčula. (B, L)

Day 6
Korčula - Mljet

Early morning departure towards the Island of Mljet with a swim stop on Pelješac Peninsula enroute. Part of the Mljet Island is a National Park (entrance fee included). In the afternoon, visit the saltwater lakes, then cross to the peaceful, tiny St Mary’s Isle in the middle of the large lake to visit the church and the monastery. Walk or hire a bike to explore the paths and trails around these stunning lakes. Overnight in the port of Polača or Pomena depending on the weather and capacities. (B, L)

Day 7
Mljet - Dubrovnik

There is no better way to catch the first sight of the final destination, the famous town of Dubrovnik, than approaching it from the sea. It is one of the world’s most beautifully preserved medieval cities. Writer George Bernard Shaw described it as “Heaven on Earth”. Cruise alongside the old City Walls for a true perspective of the majesty and beauty of Dubrovnik. Once moored, all afternoon at leisure to wander and explore. Meander through the narrow streets, exploring the ancient architecture, walk the famous ramparts (1,940 metres long) or visit museums such as Sponza or Rectors. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B, L)

Day 8

Gather for one last breakfast at the vessel, followed by farewells with the crew and all the new friends, before they see you off in Dubrovnik. Check out by 0900HRS, followed by transfer to the airport. (B)

Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions, crowding or other circumstances out of his control. Departures are guaranteed for minimum 10 participants. Cruise Operator reserves the right to cancel or change the ship name if necessary. Guests are obliged to follow ship rules (found in written form onboard). Guests are not permitted to bring beverages onboard the vessel that have been purchased onshore. All drinks must be purchased onboard. In the event of inappropriate behaviour the Cruise Operator and Captain reserves the right to disembark guests. Most arrival times in port are in the late afternoon.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival. EUR currency quoted is converted on the spot to the equivalent in Croatian Kuna.

​Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian Ports, ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the vessels and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. Cruises are not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
