Day by day Itinerary

Day 1

You will be met at Split Airport and transferred to Split Port, where MS Mama Marija will be docked. You can board during the entire day. Welcome meeting will start at 1900HRS, where you will be introduced by Cruise Director to the Captain, crew and your future fellow passengers with whom you will spend a week onboard. Welcome Dinner will be served at 1930HRS. The embarkation will be possible throughout the day. Passengers arriving in the morning cannot enter their cabins before 1300HRS, but they can leave their luggage onboard. Captain will wait for all passengers arriving late at night and these guests will be provided with dinner. Overnight in Split. (D)

Day 2
Split - Trogir

After breakfast, our guide will do a walking tour through historical Diocletian’s Palace. Split is the second largest urban centre in Croatia and it is considered to be over 1,700 years old. Since 1979, the historic centre of Split has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site List. The historical and cultural buildings are located inside the walls of the Diocletian’s Palace. At 1200HRS we start our cruise to a small town of Trogir, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, also known as an open-air museum town. Lunch will be served onboard, followed by a swim stop enroute. Afternoon arrival to Trogir, with a view of its stone houses, palaces, churches, monasteries, towers and walls. The town’s main attraction is the Cathedral of St Lawrence, probably the finest example of sacral architecture in Croatia. After a walking tour with our guide, the balance of the day is at leisure to enjoy this unique town full of cosy restaurants. Overnight in Trogir. (B, L)

Day 3
Trogir - Bol - Hvar

We start our day with a morning departure towards Bol on the Island of Brač, said to have the best beach for swimming in Croatia, Zlatni Rat. We will stop in Bol for a walk, or to have a cup of coffee and take a swim till lunch is served onboard. After lunch we will continue cruising towards the Island of Hvar, Croatia’s sunniest island, passing by many coves and bays along the way. Hvar is one of the most popular tourist destinations and a meeting point for the international jet set. Upon your afternoon arrival to Hvar, a local guide will walk you through the town, introducing you to the history, culture and a way of life on the island. We will join a short lavender presentation, where you can learn how lavender was traditionally farmed on Hvar Island for centuries. Evening is free to explore and dine in one of the numerous family owned restaurants. Overnight in Hvar. (B, L)

Day 4
Hvar - Biševo - Vis

Morning cruise to the Blue Cave on the Island of Biševo, one of the most famous attractions on the Adriatic. The cave has a natural entrance, which can only be approached by a small boat. The mysterious blue cavern is a natural phenomenon that creates a magical effect of deep blue and shiny silver colours. However, due to the weather conditions Blue Cave can be inaccessible to visitors, in which case, an alternative half-day tour of Vis Island with WWII RAF Airport and beautiful town of Komiža, boasting the longest fishing tradition on East Adriatic will be provided instead. If we succeed to visit the Blue Cave, we will reach the Island of Vis after lunch. Vis is a pearl among Adriatic islands, as its beautiful beaches, preserved nature, ecological agriculture and architecture were left untouched by the development of tourism for many years. Due to its strategic location on the open sea, the island served as a military zone. Overnight in Vis. (B, L)

Day 5
Vis - Korčula

After breakfast, we will continue our cruise to Korčula Island. We shall stop for a swim before lunch and in the afternoon, arrive into Korčula Town, known as a birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Upon arrival, our guide will do a short tour, walking us through the narrow and cobbled streets of Korčula. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy dining at one of the local restaurants of your choice. Overnight in Korčula. (B, L)

Day 6
Korčula - Mljet - Šipan or Slano

Early this morning, we continue our journey to the Island of Mljet, with arrival expected at 1000HRS. You will have just enough time to explore, walk around the Great and Small Lakes and Islet of St Mary with its Benedictine Monastery from the 12th century and to swim in the heart of the National Park. Return to the boat for lunch, followed by departure to the Island of Šipan, where we shall drop anchor in a small, picturesque, fishermen’s village of Šipanska Luka. In case dock and lock schedules, or weather conditions prevent us from anchoring in Šipanska Luka, we will cruise to the mainland village of Slano. Tonight, enjoy Captain’s Dinner with live entertainment onboard. Overnight in Šipanska Luka or Slano. (B, L, D)

Day 7
Šipan or Slano - Dubrovnik

We will pass by the Elaphiti Islands on our morning cruise to "The Pearl of the Adriatic", a famous UNESCO World Heritage Site. We shall cruise along Dubrovnik City Walls and have lunch onboard, directly in front of the historical centre, where you will have a chance to take unforgettable photos of breathtaking Dubrovnik. We will do our best to spend this last evening on anchorage in front of the Old Town, with tender boat transfers to the town and back. Designated time will be advised on the day of arrival. Due to port authority permissions and weather conditions, we might have to overnight at an alternative location, Dubrovnik’s Gruž Port. The guide will take you on a walking tour and show you the most interesting sights in the Old Town. After the tour, you will be left on your own to explore the city, walk the City Walls or take a cable car to the top of the Mount Srđ. Return scheduled transfer to the ship will be organised by tender boats or a coach. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B, L)
