Day by day Itinerary

Day 1
Opatija

Arrival in Opatija. Embarkation starts at 1200HRS. Dinner and overnight onboard. (D)

Day 2
Opatija - Krk

Guided tour of Opatija, a seaside resort with the charm of yesteryear, located in the Kvarner Bay and renowned for its wonderful climate. Lunch is served onboard. Cruise to Krk and upon arrival join a guided tour of Krk, a small "capital" of the island with the same name. See the historic Old Town, Castle and Cathedral. Dinner is on your own. Return to the ship for overnight onboard. (B, L)

Day 3
Krk - Rab - Mali Lošinj

Cruise to Rab, with lunch served onboard. Later, continue to Mali Lošinj which became the second port of the Adriatic in the 19th century. Discover Lošinj on your own. The Island of Lošinj is renowned for its quality of life, crystal clear waters and a place steeped in tradition and history. The island also shelters several protected animal species and approx 1,200 different plant species. Dinner is on your own. Return to the ship for overnight onboard. (B, L)

Day 4
Mali Lošinj - Cres - Pula

Cruise to Cres, the largest Croatian island in the Kvarner Bay. Free time on Cres and lunch on your own. Continue cruising to Pula with swim stop before the Captain's Dinner onboard. Overnight onboard in Pula. (B, D)

Day 5
Pula - Rovinj

Guided tour of Pula, a city of contrasts. It was once the largest naval port of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy and still retains active shipyards. Its charming city centre is permeated by the Roman period. Visit the Arena, one of the largest amphitheatres left by the Romans, the ancient Forum, Arch of Sergius and the Temple of Augustus. Lunch is onboard. Cruise to Rovinj and in the late afternoon, join a guided tour of Rovinj, one of the most attractive cities in Croatia with its charming narrow streets, steps, small houses and St Mark's Lions that decorate the palaces. Dinner is on your own. Return to the ship for overnight onboard. (B, L)

Day 6
Rovinj - Lim Bay - Umag - Venice

Discover the Lim Bay (Lim Channel) bordered by wooded hills and rock faces. This fjord offers an unusual and unique natural landscape. Later, cruise towards Umag. Lunch on your own, before continuing further to Venice. Dinner and overnight onboard. (B, D)

Day 7
Venice

Morning guided tour of Venice, discover St Mark's Square and the Basilica. Later, visit the Doge's Palace and its sumptuous apartments decorated by the greatest Italian artists and then onto the Bridge of Sighs. The Doge's Palace is a must which sums up all the history of Venice and reveals its secrets. Lunch is on your own. In the afternoon, there is free time for individual discovery of Venice. Dinner and overnight onboard. (B, D)

Day 8
Venice

Cruise ends after breakfast with disembarkation by 0900HRS. (B)

Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions, crowding or other circumstances out of his control. Departures are guaranteed for minimum 10 participants. Cruise Operator reserves the right to cancel or change the ship name if necessary. Guests are obliged to follow ship rules (found in written form onboard). Guests are not permitted to bring beverages onboard the vessel that have been purchased onshore. All drinks must be purchased onboard. In the event of inappropriate behaviour the Cruise Operator and Captain reserves the right to disembark guests. Most arrival times in port are in the late afternoon.

Port taxes, entrance fees, sightseeing and excursions (if not included in the package) must be paid in local currency upon arrival. EUR currency quoted is converted on the spot to the equivalent in Croatian Kuna.

Disclaimer
Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian Ports, ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the vessels and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. Cruises are not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
