Day by day Itinerary

Day 1

You will be transferred from Dubrovnik Airport or your Dubrovnik hotel to Gruž Port, where embarkation begins at 1300HRS. Get settled in your cabin before attending a Welcome Reception, followed by dinner this evening. (D)

Day 2
Dubrovnik - Elaphiti - Slano - Ston - Slano

Start the day with a walking tour of Dubrovnik, "The Pearl of the Adriatic” and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will visit the Franciscan Monastery with Europe’s third oldest pharmacy, the Rector’s Palace and the Cathedral. After returning to the ship, enjoy the magic scenery as the ship cruises around Dubrovnik city walls before continuing to one of the Elaphiti Islands for a swim stop. Afternoon arrival in Slano, a peaceful fishermen’s village and our starting point to Ston, once fortified small town famous for its oysters. After exploring the town’s medieval ramparts we leave to a small nearby village to learn more about oysters and tasting this delicious treat. Time at leisure and return transfer to the ship. Overnight in Slano. (B, L, T)

Day 3
Slano - Mljet

In the morning we head north to the Island of Mljet. The legend says Greek hero Odysseus spent years on this island when he was captured by the nymph Calypso. Join the Cruise Director for a stroll to the famous saltwater lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to the St Mary's Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a church dating back to the 12th century (entrance fees not included). Alternatively, you can rent bicycles, scooters or kayaks to explore the island on your own. Overnight in the port of Pomena. (B, L)

Day 4
Mljet - Korčula

Continue our cruise towards the Island of Korčula, best known as the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays enroute. Afternoon arrival in Korčula, followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town surrounded by walls, which is one of the best preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. Korčula has an abundant choice of restaurants for you to enjoy a gourmet experience and numerous bars and clubs for those looking for evening entertainment. Overnight in Korčula. (B, L)

Day 5
Korčula - Vis

Cruise towards the Island of Vis, where the antique Greek colony of Issa was founded around 397BC. Once a strategic naval base and restricted to the public, Vis has a special charm of the Mediterranean as it once was, making it really interesting to visit. Try some exquisite wine sorts in one of the Vis traditional wineries, or if interested, visit the remains of the Roman Thermal Place, Town Museum or simply take a walk enjoying the views. Overnight in the port of Vis with Captain`s Dinner onboard. (B, L, D)

Day 6
Vis - Biševo - Hvar - Stari Grad

Early in the morning, we cruise to the small Island of Biševo to visit the Blue Cave, a magnificent natural phenomenon. As sometimes weather conditions can be very unpredictable, the possibility of our visit will depend on those conditions, however you will be notified of this on time (entrance fee not included). Later continue towards the jet set Island of Hvar with a swim stop and lunch onboard. Hvar is the longest and sunniest island in the Adriatic and is known for lavish lavender fields and breathtaking beauty. Afternoon arrival in Hvar Town, followed by a walking tour, including the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower and the oldest community theatre in Europe founded in 1612. After the tour cruise towards Stari Grad, one of the oldest cities in Europe where you will overnight. (B, L)

Day 7
Stari Grad - Bol - Split

Early morning departure to the Island of Brač, where swimming is planned at the most famous beach in Dalmatia, Zlatni Rat near Bol, whose pebbles shift from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change its shape. Continue to Split to enjoy a guided tour of the city upon arrival. Walking tour shows off the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian`s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. See the remnants of Split`s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter`s Temple, Peristyle and many other unique sites. Overnight in Split. (B, L)
